This life deals off a cluster of a hand when we all arrive. We can look at obstacles in life as a way of holding us down or we can look at it as a way of making us stronger. Hi, my name is Domonique Rodgers. In my early teen years my parents divorced and it had many affects on me. Being a very family orientated kid as well as being out deviation made it voiceless to keep my feelings and thoughts to myself. I never thought the day would recognise when my parents divorce would lead to a best friend. The divorce changed me for the better.
I didnt know about all the fights that would happen tour my sisters and I were out. My sisters Jasimne 17 at the time and Money 12 are both family orientated. We never once thought our parents were distressed with each other. On a October night my sisters left me merely at the house. They stayed at a family friends house and they were girls so I couldnt stay. I guess they thought I was a pervert. Im playing Sonic the Hedgehog on Sega Genesis at about mid-night. I had to beat the gamey before all of my friends. My mom came in my room anterior and checked to see if I was sleep and I was faking it so I could beat Sonic. Yelling and screaming put a halt to my game playing. My heart dropped and I didnt know what to do.



I knew that it was my mom screaming but had know quickly solution to helping the situation. After catching up to my verticillated mind I ran into the room to see my mom hold down on the bed with my father on outstrip of her choking and shaking her neck. I quickly jumped on him and pulled him off. I started to hit him and he didnt do anything back. He left the house immediately.
Then is when I found out that thither were problems in their relationship. It seemed that my mom had been having an affair with a co-worker. This had been going on for about three months when this happen. My mom decided to tell him what had been going on, and tell him that she didnt see their marriage working out anymore.
